1. Agreement

By making an enquiry, booking a service, paying a booking amount or otherwise confirming our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply together with any quotation, package details, booking confirmation or written agreement provided by Vevah Wedding Films.

2. Our Services

Vevah Wedding Films provides professional photography and cinematography services for weddings and related celebrations.

Depending on the package selected, services may include:

• Wedding photography
• Wedding cinematography
• Pre-wedding photography and films
• Destination wedding coverage
• Couple stories
• Traditional and candid wedding coverage
• Cinematic wedding films
• Albums and other agreed deliverables

The exact services, coverage duration, number of photographers or cinematographers and final deliverables will depend on the package or quotation agreed with the client.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A date is considered confirmed only after the required booking amount has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by Vevah Wedding Films.

Availability is not guaranteed until the booking process has been completed.

4. Payments & Fees

The total service fee and payment schedule will be communicated to the client before booking.

Payments may include:

• Booking or advance amount
• Scheduled instalment payments
• Final payment before or after the event, depending on the agreed package
• Additional charges for services outside the original package
• Applicable travel, accommodation or destination-related expenses where agreed

Any additional services requested after booking may be quoted separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate event information and reasonable cooperation to allow the team to perform the agreed services.

Clients should provide, where applicable:

• Correct wedding dates and venue details.
• Event schedules and ceremony timings.
• Important family and group-photo requirements.
• Special cultural or religious ceremonies that require specific coverage.
• Contact details of the wedding coordinator or designated event representative.

6. Wedding Day Coverage

We will make reasonable efforts to capture the important moments included within the agreed coverage.

However, photography and cinematography are documentary and creative services. Certain moments may occur unexpectedly, simultaneously or outside the agreed coverage period.

We cannot guarantee that every individual, guest, detail or moment will appear in the final photographs or film.

7. Deliverables

Deliverables will be based on the package or quotation agreed at the time of booking.

Depending on the selected package, deliverables may include photographs, edited images, highlight films, wedding films, albums or other agreed products.

8. Editing & Creative Style

Vevah Wedding Films maintains a distinctive creative approach to colour grading, editing, composition, storytelling and cinematography.

The final photographs and films will reflect our professional artistic style.

Minor differences between photographs taken in different lighting conditions, venues, cameras or environments are a natural part of photography and filmmaking.

9. Copyright & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and intellectual property rights in the photographs, films, footage and creative materials produced by Vevah Wedding Films remain with Vevah Wedding Films to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Clients receive the personal use rights included with their selected package. Commercial reproduction, resale, licensing or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.

10. Image & Film Usage

Vevah Wedding Films may request or, where contractually agreed, use selected photographs, videos or excerpts for portfolio presentation, website content, social media, advertising, promotional materials and creative showcases.

Any client-specific restrictions regarding promotional use should be communicated before booking or recorded in the written agreement.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Wedding dates involve advance planning, resource allocation and the reservation of a dedicated team. Cancellation or rescheduling requests may therefore be subject to the booking terms agreed with the client.

Any refund, cancellation charge, rescheduling fee or adjustment will be determined according to the applicable booking agreement and the circumstances of the request.

Clients should contact us as soon as possible if their wedding date or event schedule changes.

12. Force Majeure

We will not be considered in breach of our obligations where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include serious illness, accidents, natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, travel disruption, public emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to protect equipment, footage and creative materials. However, photography and filmmaking involve technical equipment and external conditions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vevah Wedding Films will not be liable for loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, venue restrictions, guest interference, weather, schedule changes or circumstances caused by third parties.

Where a material failure directly attributable to us prevents the agreed service from being delivered, any remedy will be determined in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and applicable law.

14. Privacy & Personal Information

Information provided through our website, enquiry forms, consultations and bookings may be used to communicate with you, provide requested services, manage your booking and fulfil applicable business or legal requirements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and privacy policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

Vevah Wedding Films may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with the relevant effective or updated date.
